The Dead Sea Mall Project covers a built-up area of 18,000m², consisting of two floors and a roof. The ground and first floor are intended for commercial purposes and the roof is intended for parking and a technical area. The IEC feeds the mall 33 KV high-voltage electricity and the room is located on the ground floor. The transformer, low voltage and air conditioning system rooms are located on the roof and parking area to enable convenient access for maintenance personnel. The systems on the commercial floors are routed through a corridor dedicated to the systems and they are handled only from the public space, i.e. shop activities go on as usual. In addition, the corridor is installed with a fire detection aspiration system and it is maintained in floor electricity rooms. There is no need to dismantle ceilings. The mall is further installed with several systems, including door control, cameras, PA, structure control, flooding system and a metering system for charging vendors for electricity consumption. Finally, there is a private beach at the eastern end of the structure, equipped with tables and chairs for visitor convenience.
