The Lot Hotel expansion project covers a built-up area of 4,000m², consisting of 27 rooms, 5 of which are suites, a dining hall for the hotel staff, a conference hall, kitchen, entrance lobby, elevators, heating room, refrigeration room, roof and fifth floor. Air conditioner system, main electrical room with a 1600 amp chief switch fed with low voltage by the IEC.

Overview

IEC voltage in this area is 33 KV. The electrical room also feeds the current hotel. The hotel is equipped with an 112ד5 KVA generator for backup during a power outage, providing 90% of the hotel’s electricity consumption. The objective is that hotel guests will not sense any change due to the power outage.In addition, the hotel is installed with other command and alert systems, including fire detection, emergency PA, computer and other systems.
